Hi, the website has detected that you are not currently logged in.

Here are some general tips to help you have the easiest and quickest experience using the website:

Registering with the website

Accessing any members-only content or purchasing any course or product on the website requires you to register.

When you register with the website, you are sent a confirmation email with your username and password.

Logging in to your account

The My Account page gives you quick access to log-in, log-out and view/edit your account details, as well as access to all of your content.

The My Account link is accessible at all times from the main menu (it appears as a User Icon on larger screen resolutions).

When you are not already logged-in to the site, you will be taken the log-in page. Logging in with username and password or email and password should both work.

Resetting your password

If you did not receive or have lost your registration confirmation email, or you need to change your password for any other reason, you can reset your password by clicking on the “Lost your password?” link located on the login form on the My Account page.

If you are already logged in you can change your password from the My Account > Account Details page.

Please keep your password safe and always log-in using the most recent working password for your account.

Accessing your courses

When logged in, you can access In Your Own Time courses at My Account > Courses or Learning > Online In Your Own Time from the main menu.

Each group and course you are enrolled in is listed and you can see the progress and last time you accessed it.

Clicking the “Go To Course” button takes you straight to your course.

Please note: you must be logged in to access your courses.

From the course page you will see a list of lessons. Each lesson contains topics and each topic contains learning content such as text, images and videos.

You can expand an individual lesson to see the topics inside or you can click the expand all button to see all lessons and topics for the entire course revealed.

Clicking on a topic takes you to that topics page. For each topic you complete, your progress is recorded and shown on the course page.

Supported systems and software

This site has been developed to display and function correctly on all popular modern browsers. This includes Google Chrome, Brave, Firefox, Safari, Edge and Android Browser.

We offer technical support for issues experienced with the most up-to-date version and the 2 most recent prior major versions of the supported browsers.

We do not support any version of Internet Explorer. If you are using that browser we highly recommend upgrading to a more modern browser such as Brave Browser, which is faster, more security and privacy oriented and is able to render modern websites.

Getting additional help and technical support

If you experience a problem with the website or need any further technical support, please let us know in as much detail as possible the difficulty you are having, the steps that led to it occurring, what page/s you experienced this on and any error messages you received.

You can send a support request via the Contact Form and we will respond as soon as possible (usually within 48 hours).
